Shipping Policy for Prepaid Orders

Thank you for shopping with us! Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle prepaid orders.

Order Processing:

Processing Time: All prepaid orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Confirmation: Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

Shipping Methods & Delivery:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery Areas: We ship across India, please note that delivery times may vary based on your location.
Shipping Costs: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order's progress. You can also track your order directly on our website under the "Order Tracking" section.

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts:

In the event of a failed delivery attempt due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, our courier partner will attempt to contact you for redelivery. Additional charges may apply for redelivery attempts.

Lost or Damaged Orders:

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Delivery Areas:

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Order Modifications:

Once an order has been placed, modifications to the shipping address or order contents may not be possible. Please contact our customer support team immediately if you need to make changes.
